Help with TalkFeather on iPhone, Android, macOS and Windows.

Email info@talkfeather.com with your app version, device, operating system, speech and cleanup models, and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full purchase receipts, private recordings or confidential dictation. No fixed response time is promised.

Recording and microphone

Allow microphone access for TalkFeather in system settings and check the selected input device. Simulators do not replace an iPhone hardware test. If permission warnings persist after access is granted, report the exact message and operating system.

Models and text cleanup

Models are downloaded separately. Recognition and enabled cleanup each require a fully downloaded and selected model. With cleanup off, only the transcript is returned. Audio and AI processing stay local; names, numbers and spoken corrections can still be misrecognized or incorrectly cleaned up. Please check the result.

Automatic paste on Mac

The directly distributed Mac app needs microphone and Accessibility permission. Place the cursor in the destination field before recording. Secure password fields and some apps can prevent pasting. You can copy the result from TalkFeather and paste it yourself. Report the destination app and version; support for every field is not promised.

Purchases and restoration in the Apple beta

The purchase beta is intended for Apple sandbox testing and is not a released public sale. Use “Restore purchases” in the relevant beta build with the Apple account used for the purchase. Linking a TalkFeather account is optional in this Apple build and intended for cross-platform access. Initially report the product name, time and error message only; do not send signed receipts or credentials.

Subscriptions and accounts

Deleting your TalkFeather account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions in Apple settings. Initiate account deletion directly in the app; see the linked instructions.
